1) Why didn't you just edit your original topic? title as well?
2) You did stay professional this time but as was mentioned before we are going to consider this and after we get more applications to see where qualifications proceed this.
3) Also your in your conclusion, please state what you would be able to add to the site. Can you provide good card rulings, are you fair to others? (look who im asking >_>) Etc. Thank you for offering your services and keep on duelin!

What can you offer: Experianced rulings. All will be treated fairly. and Punished accordingly. I do know the Basics and certan advance rules when it comes to dueling. I respect Playing fair and appreciate good Sportsmanship. Im a good person to come to for Information on certian cards & effects.
