I myself am highly impressed and fitting certian criteria we need is vital. Im taking you into consideration but its generally not up to me entirely. Experience: Gaiaonline.com for Role-playing clans and community. I ATTEMPTED to make my own site but I didn't really have anybody else besides myself so it kind of went down the drain.

What can you offer: Depend on what you need. Rule maker? I'm neutral so everything is automatically fair. Punishment? I can deal them out too, or make a punishment up. Card Ruling checking? I can do that, but I might get some of the ruling mixed up. Ideas for tournaments, duels, etc? I got them, just really need time to put them on paper or type it up.
