Thank you for using the template like we asked. Now concerning your experience, being a trial gm doesn't necessarily count as actual experience since you werent givin the actual position. Now to the contributions, you dont need to be a gm or a moderator to do anything you said, although had you of said more things pertaining to enforcing the rules, judging fairly, as well as showing and enforcing sportsman-like conduct in duels, you may have been on higher consideration list as far as staff goes.
